The Chicago Ridge Police Cadet Unit is always looking for new cadets. If you are interested in a career in law enforcement and you meet the minimum qualifications listed below, maybe you should consider becoming a Police Cadet...

• Must be at least 16 1/2 years of age and no older than 21
• Must possess a valid Illinois Driver's License
• Pass a Criminal Background Check(both Juvenile and Adult)
• Be of good moral character
• Be able to attend at least 80% of all cadet meetings, training seminars, and special events
